Orders and delivery

We collect your name, mobile number, delivery address, ordered products and optional email to record, confirm and deliver your order. Order information is stored in Lovable Cloud and available to authorized store administrators.

Meta advertising measurement

When Meta Tracking is enabled and your advertising choice permits it, we share website activity with Meta Platforms for advertising measurement and ad optimization. Page visits, product IDs and names, categories, quantities, BDT values, order references, browser/device information, IP address and Meta advertising cookies. Meta may use its advertising cookies and associate activity with its services under Meta's privacy policy.

This installation does not send customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or delivery addresses to Meta. No customer-list matching or server-side advertising uploads are enabled. A Purchase event represents successful order creation, not a payment or completed delivery.

Your choices and withdrawal

In regions requiring advertising consent, tracking remains off until you accept. Elsewhere it may operate without a banner, but explicit refusal and browser privacy opt-outs are honored. An unknown location is treated as requiring consent. You can reject as easily as accept and withdraw anytime. Withdrawal stops future reporting; it does not erase events previously sent.

Consent records

We retain a random visitor reference, your advertising choice, time, region and the version of the notice and choices shown. Later withdrawal is saved without deleting earlier acceptance evidence. Orders reference the advertising choice in effect when created. The record is not a customer matching identifier sent to Meta.

Storage and privacy requests
